Mine was an 8! Very yummy sandwich from a local deli...super fattening, but super good. Tom's family was here & it was a very cold day here...loved having a great lunch inside our cozy house : ) Oh and Gina - the Coke zero was also mmmm mmm good!
Mine was an 8. I had rice pasta with pesto sauce and tomato pepper soup. I made it at home after a run, and it was a little chilly and cloudy out - so it was perfect! Being healthy and cheap make me happy :)
Lunch yesterday was more like Brunch, but sadly w/o the bubbly. Went to Whole Foods w/ Annie, Beth & Bridgett after a rigorous yoga class. I'd say it was a 10 -- just because of the company. My soyrizo breakfast sando w/ pepper jack was pretty bomb though. And the Kombucha and vanilla latte were fab as well.
it was a modified version of pesto - no cheese. Tomato soup without cream. Rice Pasta = not enriched and easier to digest. I think my idea of healthy is different than yours. I don't count calories but look at what i am eating instead (and make sure that there is nothing funky on the labels and it's all GOOD for me).
Mine was a 5. Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with mustard, onion, and tomatoes...made at home, with a diet coke. mmm mmm good.
