1/15/2012- On a Scale of 1-10, Rate Your Lunch Today.

I will say mine was a 6. It was the other half of the burrito I had yesterday. So reheated in the microwave didn't do it any favors!

  1. Mine was a 5. Turkey Sandwich on Wheat with mustard, onion, and tomatoes...made at home, with a diet coke. mmm mmm good.

  2. Mine was an 8! Very yummy sandwich from a local deli...super fattening, but super good. Tom's family was here & it was a very cold day here...loved having a great lunch inside our cozy house : ) Oh and Gina - the Coke zero was also mmmm mmm good!

  3. Mine was an 8. I had rice pasta with pesto sauce and tomato pepper soup. I made it at home after a run, and it was a little chilly and cloudy out - so it was perfect! Being healthy and cheap make me happy :)

  4. Lunch yesterday was more like Brunch, but sadly w/o the bubbly. Went to Whole Foods w/ Annie, Beth & Bridgett after a rigorous yoga class. I'd say it was a 10 -- just because of the company. My soyrizo breakfast sando w/ pepper jack was pretty bomb though. And the Kombucha and vanilla latte were fab as well.

  5. My lunch yesterday was a 9 - nachos, quesadilla and beer at the bar before the Giants game. Delicious!

  7. kelly, id like to know what made your dish healthy. sounds like high calories, fatty pesto sauce and heavy carbs. haha.

  8. it was a modified version of pesto - no cheese. Tomato soup without cream. Rice Pasta = not enriched and easier to digest. I think my idea of healthy is different than yours. I don't count calories but look at what i am eating instead (and make sure that there is nothing funky on the labels and it's all GOOD for me).
