1/19/2012-List Three Things You Ate Today.

Banana for morning snack, artichoke at dinner and my after dinner treat will be some berry rainbow sherbet! Cant wait til Jack goes to bed so I can enjoy it!

  2. oatmeal w/ flaxseeds for bfast, salad and choc chip cookie from nordies cafe for lunch and about to indulge in some orange chicken w/ brown rice for dinner.

  3. Vanilla Chobanni Yogurt for a morn snack, Trader Joe's flaxseed chips for evening snack, and Grilled Cheese for dinner.

  5. Egg McMuffin for breakfast (healthy style - whole wheat english muffin with egg whites), turkey sandwich at a local restaurant for lunch, & dessert will soon be a mini mint ice cream sandwich from TJs!!

  6. Berries and turkey sausage for breakfast. salad for lunch. and I gave into my 3pm daily temptation of cheez-its. Having junk food readily available at all hours is a BAD thing.
