2/22/2012 - What was your prevailing emotion of the day?
Mine was disbelief. As you all know I have been seeking out new opportunities beyond my current work situation and I know that there are some other unhappy campers who are in my boat. But when I started at this job a year ago, we were close to 20 full time employees. Since then several people have left and we are down to 10. Last week another girl in my department gave her notice which leaves my department to me, 2 assistants and 1 freelancer. I just can't believe that they haven't replaced those who have left and now if I go.... I have no idea what they are going to do!

On the 22nd it was probably boredom! My boss has been out of town, and while I love when he is away, I sometimes run out of things to do and up surfing the web all day. There are only so many websites I can entertain myself with!
ReplyDeleteAccomplished. I cleaned out my whole kitchen. Wiped the insides of the cabinets, organized, got rid of crap. It was amazing. Considering I only feel like doing that once a month, the day before my period starts. Every other day, I hate any sort of cleaning. I don't care how poor I am, I will always be able to afford a cleaning lady.
ReplyDeleteexcitement! our friends were in town and their band was playing at the OB farmers market. then we got to go to south beach after, i'm always excited for the deliciousness that is in store at that place!
